Hannah, I adore you and how are you handling this. Truly, giving us (and by that I speak for others probably, but most definitely for myself) the big sister we never had.

As someone who has always enjoyed your social media content, I have not assumed you were undergoing some money-fueled contentious divorce (or a money fueled marriage, to begin with). I have only ever assumed the best of you and your ex. You definitely didn't ask but your ex calling you about his public perception makes me sad for both of you, because those of us enjoying your content with a modicum of sense and respect for others are absolutely not assuming the worst.

Yes, of course, quiet speculation has happened in my mind, but I feel like you've shared enough online for all of us to know you, at minimum, are a kind and genuine human and you would only ever be with someone who is the same. Sorry, sorry, I just want to emphasize that a lot of internet strangers who don't know you will remember and acknowledge who you are (who is genuine, kind, thoughtful, and funny) - we might just be a little quieter than some rude commenters.

PS after your scary news line, would love to hear that you're well and so is your overall health!

Sending lots of love (and apparently long ass comments). <3 Looking forward to more Moxie (cause you're like, interesting and cool, or whatever).

Hello my parasocial big sister (or very cool young hip aunt) to steal from another reader. Your essays seem to time perfectly with what is going on in my life. I read your first one about cheating while I was going through a breakup with my very first boyfriend, and I hadn't cheated but had been in a situation where I had been taken advantage of by a much older man whom I considered to be a friend. While I was figuring out my feelings toward that situation and feeling very much like a horrible slutty dirtbag, your words made me feel like I was a woman who deserved to be treated with dignity.

Now this essay comes at another tribulous moment for me having received some devastating news and can only conclude also that life is weird. Wishing you clarity and moments of peace, Hannah. Looking forward to Tuesday xx

When people have money and go through something, it seems others take pleasure. 🤷🏻‍♀️ I know you will land on your feet and do great things. How is your sister doing? You’ve mentioned that your upbringing was chaotic and that she lives with you. I honestly hope you’re both doing well.

I just signed up and loving your newsletter but especially your raw honesty. The histamine reactions you speak about here I have them 100 percent. If I get stressed it makes it worse to the point where I got diagnosed with mast cell activation syndrome. Have you heard of it? Very interesting. Anyway-so happy I found you!
