The Tula instant serum and depuffer is Heaven-sent, it isn't a roller so it doesn't clog and the metal applicator is always cool

Biossance squaline + marine algae eye cream is currently my holy grail, I love the glow recipe avocado retinol one too, but it’s not quite as effective in super dry air or climates.

compression socks 100% for long flights!!

i like to keep a small soft clutch in my smaller carry-on (backpack or tote) with all of the things i'm going to need during a flight -- headphones, skin care, kindle, charger, passport, a pen for any forms, etc... -- so everything is super easily accessible and i'm not digging through my tote when i need something.

i wear contacts so i always make sure to have rewetting drops for my eyes! i don't like to fly in glasses or take my contacts out on planes.

i'm a big fan of using my favorite scarf as a blanket on the flight and then it looks sort of chic to wear when i land.

two device recos: in lieu of bulky headphones, i have a headband with bluetooth speakers inside that sits flat against my head so i can use them comfortably with my trl neck pillow. and there is a little device you can buy that turns your IFE into a bluetooth speaker so you don't have to plug in wired headphones. i use that or just pump white noise into my ears via the headband so i can sleep.

eye cream: i like the kiehl's avocado but not sure it's my HG so hoping to see other recs!

I really appreciate the skin care routine as I have no idea what to do with my face when I’m flying

I drink a glass of water every hour of the flight. Staying hydrated really helps me recover from jet lag.

I swell really badly and compression socks can be so uncomfortable so I started using a tens unit and it is amazing! I used it over an 8 hour trip and I had zero swelling.
